Project Goal
The primary objective of this project is to transform the in-store experience at Evans Cycles by revamping the store design, implementing fresh branding and graphics, and introducing unique selling points that will captivate customers and differentiate the brand from competitors. The goal is to create a memorable and immersive environment that enhances customer satisfaction, fosters loyalty, and drives increased footfall and sales.

Summary
I successfully completed this project to elevate store design, branding, graphics, unique selling points (USPs), and customer experience. The outcome of the project has been overwhelmingly positive, resulting in a significant transformation of the brand’s image and an enhanced customer journey throughout their stores.
The new store design provides a modern, inviting, and immersive environment for customers, strategically placing merchandise, optimising customer flow, and creating appealing displays. The revamped branding, including a fresh logo, vibrant colour palette, and captivating visual elements, has successfully communicated the brand’s values and resonated with the target audience.
